ABSTRACT
@#2 115 patents of China Pharmaceutical University since the Eleventh Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development were retrieved through the incoPat patents analysis database. By the analyses of the application trend, the legal status, the duration of patents maintenance, the field and theme of patent technologies, transfer and licensing, foreign patents application and so on, this paper combs the characteristics of patent development of the university, and hopes to provide the basis for the formulation of intellectual property strategies, and the planning and adjustment of disciplines in the construction of the university in its “Double First-Class” initiative.
ABSTRACT
The course of pharmaceutical analysis for pharmacy undergraduate students in National University of Singapore and China Pharmaceutical University was compared, in terms of curriculum, lecturing, assessment and practical teaching.This study provides in-depth analysis by the lecturers from both universities,and can provide reference for teaching reform and course construction of pharmaceutical analysis.

@#In this paper, 62 high-level papers of China Pharmaceutical University(CPU)in recent ten years were analyzed by using Web of Science tools, etc. It was found that CPU′s high-level papers increased year by year, and mainly concentrated in three disciplines(pharmacology and toxicology, chemistry and clinical medicine), which was consistent with the three disciplines of CPU that have entered the world′s top 1%. Studies have shown that CPU′s measures for disciplinary development have promoted the development of discipline to some extent. It was suggested that the university continue to introduce high-level personnel in the future, to promote scientific cooperation, and so on, in order to develop advantage disciplines. This study provides some theoretical basis for the university successfully entering the national first-class disciplines ranks.

@#According to “2015 State of Innovation” released by Thomson Reuters, China Pharmaceutical University ranked the first in the field of heterocyclic compounds in 2010-2014 among innovation agencies in Asia. In order to fully understand the situation of the new drug research of this university, this paper analyzes its patent application from 2010 to 2014 in the field of heterocyclic compounds. The key applications were summarized. In summary, this university showed its advantage of high filings and high licensing rate in the field of heterocyclic compounds, yet with the shortcomings of low patent applications in PCT. Furthermore, suggestions have been made for the intellectual property management of this university.
